Terms governing the use of the Lunar Labs Ltd website and the engagement of our contract testing services.
Last updated: 2 June 2026
Information on this website is provided in good faith for general information about Lunar Labs Ltd. It is not regulatory or scientific advice, and does not constitute an offer or contract for analytical services. A binding engagement is established only through a signed quotation or master services agreement.
Where this site refers to MHRA or EU GMP standards, it does so to describe the framework against which our laboratory operations are designed. Lunar Labs Ltd has applied for an MHRA licence and the application is currently under review. Until authorisation is granted, statements of design alignment do not constitute claims of regulatory licensure or accreditation.
All testing services are subject to a signed quotation or master services agreement. Sample acceptance is contingent on a completed sample receipt form, valid documentation, safe packaging and any required import paperwork. Lunar Labs Ltd reserves the right to refuse samples that fail safety, integrity or compliance checks.
Information you share with us about your products, methods and results is treated as confidential and is shared only with personnel who need it to deliver the engagement. We are happy to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before any commercially sensitive discussion.
Lunar Labs Ltd performs services using reasonable care and skill in line with industry standards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a single engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Reports and raw data are made available to the engaging client. The methods, know-how and quality system used to produce them remain the intellectual property of Lunar Labs Ltd.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes apply only to engagements entered into after the update is published.
