Lunar Labs Ltd ("Lunar Labs", "we", "our", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered laboratory is at Unit D2, Cunard Road, Park Royal, London NW10 6PN. We are the data controller for personal information processed in connection with this website and our contract testing services. Contact us at info@lunarlabsuk.com.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you provide via the enquiry form (name, company, email, phone, message content).
- Submission metadata — IP address, timestamp and browser fingerprint — used solely to mitigate spam and abuse of the contact form.
- Sample & engagement data when you become a client — purchase orders, sample identifiers, results, reports and correspondence.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To deliver and document the contract testing services you have engaged us for.
- To meet our regulatory and audit obligations (GMP record retention).
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse or breach of our terms.
4. Lawful basis
We rely on (a) consent for marketing communications you opt into, (b) contract for service delivery, (c) legal obligation for regulatory record retention, and (d) legitimate interest for fraud / abuse prevention and improving our services.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) our IT and email infrastructure providers, under contract; (b) regulators and auditors where the law requires; (c) any successor entity in the event of a corporate restructure. All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months. Client engagement records, including raw data, results and reports, are retained for the period required by GMP record-retention rules (typically 5 years from product expiry, longer where a regulator requires).
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. Email info@lunarlabsuk.com to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We may set strictly necessary cookies to enable form security and prevent duplicate submissions.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will date-stamp every revision at the top of this page.
